cukup membuatkan aku xleh tahan lg

hari ni hari kedua aku training...alaaaaa training la sgt! myampah aku..huuu =/ kan best klu 2 hari aku tu digantikan dgn bercuti..lalalalala~ berangan lbh blh la..

silap teramat la silap sgt sgt...igtkan jwatan JE tu hebat la stay kt office kan..tpppppppp cis pantang gila la dgn aku yg cukup xsuka nk jmpa customer ni...xde beza nya dgn staff bwh yg lain..adooooi la..x ngam lg kerja ni..mau x mau..bertapak lg la aku dgn kerja lama aku yg aku rasa 50% better. hmm bila la agaknya rancangan aku tu nk mjadi...klu asyik cmni jer.

satu sebab lg knp aku reject jwatan JE tu...no EPF and no basic salary..damn! its difficult la! wht happend if i lost ability to work? what happen to my future? no no no no....mmg la skali dpt duit tu sempoi tp..sblum dpt tu..hmmmmmmm kna la g jmpa berpuluh2 customer yg blum tntu nk join.

this job is not the right job for me..it is totally insane if i able to work in this industry.

hidden agenda for this system jobs (bukan nk buruk kan style kerja company besar ni, tp just to share what is the injustice system had been practiced towards all 'numb' fella who eager to work)

1) 2 hari training...diajar produk company tu, diajar tuk yakin kan customer to buy the product, knowing personality trait (kukuku the best part for me even i'm not interested in making this realm as my career) by knowing personality trait thru D.O.B so we can predict person behaviour

2) pay rm300 ( this one is ok for me) fee for taking exam which acknowledge by Bank Negara so if aku dh ada lesen ni..aku boleh kerja di mna2 bank dgn mudah. what ever...

3) dlm masa sebulan hnya akn masuk office 4 kali..mean seminggu sekali stay dlm office.. woow wtf! this is not my type of style of jobs...outdoor is ok if adventure mcm aktiviti equine or etc tp to meet customer almost all the time..it will piss me off.

4) 'numb' fella are not guarantee in getting this job during a few months before exam..mean during practical...they have to make massive sales a lot as they can by getting contact number...and doing a stupid gathering in front of the bank by giving flayer to people. if they fail in exam..automatically..their sales and their performance wont brings anything...these 'numb' fella wont get anything..zero bye bye...

5) in the first month of this jobs..these 'numb' fella must get a least 75 customer buy the product..if not..bye bye..

6) telesales- must do the phone call..and have basic pay around RM700 until RM1500 BUT they must make sure those around 70 or 150 customer will buy the product if no..noooo loor..if 1 customer only..they will get RM100 ONLY for the salary..crazy eh????

7) these 'numb' fella have to gather in office for a certain period before starting thier practical which will be lead by a leader (senior numb fella) wooo it wont be easy for me..i have another jobs to do..i didnt want wasting my time in attanding this gathering. gathering for what???? for aim sales target..huuu moron..

8) all cost in to meet customer is on our own expenses..gila! dh la xda gaji tetap...nk suh kluar duit bt itu ini lg.

knowing all these agenda make me not interested anymore..but kinda weird with these all 'numb' fella..why they so excited with all those system??? didnt they worry about their future? especially for guys...dont u think finding customer and convice them is easy...it wont be so easy ok..there will be up side down in this realm..i hate uncertainty in my life ok!

sekali lagi 'numb' fella ni jawab dgn pnuh azam yg membara "BOOOOOLLLLLLEEEEEHHHH YEAH!!!"

hahahaha apa yg sorg lg buat (aku la tu) hnya tersenyum sinis dlm hati ni pnya la nk tergelak terbahak2 tp tahan saja ler..aku tgk ada la 2 org tu pun x brapa nk setuju dgn sistem ni..n diaorg ada la pot pet x puas ati kt dlm toilet...tp bila di depan ketua tu..diaorg pun jawab "BOOOOOLLLLEEEEHHHH" hahahhahaha mcm2 ragam la manusia ni...acctly kluar je dr meeting room tu..aku dh tergelak sorg2..tersenyum lebar...diaorg mybe ingt aku ni begitu semangat jgk nk join diaorg..hahahhahahaha tp aku asyik memikirkan situasi dlm toilet tu...n reaksi bdk2 tu dpn ketua...sure klu ada mmbr aku..aku akn gelak kaw2 dgn dia...adoooiiii..dlm kereta td..mmg aku gelak kaw2..sb cara ketua tu bg semangat, cara 'numb' fella yg berkobar2 ala2 nk jd calon pilihanraya, n dgn diri aku sndiri yg kononya jd gunting dlm lipatan dlm parti 'numb' fella ni..kekekekeke gila pnya perumpamaan. aku sorg jer yg x sahut laungan ketua tu..bt derk jer smbil tersenyum sinis..jahatnye aku nih.. XD

ksian kt all these 'numb' fella..diaorg blum tahu bgitu susahnya nk convince customer to buy the product..even dlm retail ni pun susah nk convince customer to buy..product yg blh dikatakan murah pun diaorg xnk apatah lg produk yg melibatkan ribu2 ni. sorry i'm not interested to join you guys..i will just take the examination only..involving in those stupid system..no way!

'numb' fella ni aku refer kpd bdk2 yg naif...mean mcm dh xde pertimbangan kali kedua ttg masa dpn diaorg..numb mean kebas..diaorg ni mcm kebas x rasa apa2 dgn hidden agenda..so aku refer la diaorg ni 'numb' fella.
